    • When will Frontier be available?

      We are working diligently towards a public release, which should be in the coming months.

    • How much does Frontier cost?

      While we're in beta, we don't have a set pricing structure. We'll have more details as a public release nears.

    • Are there any setup costs?

      Being a cloud-based software, there are no setup costs to use Frontier. We work with our customers individually regarding the cost of importing existing data.

    • Is my data secure?

      Yes. We have implemented every reasonable safeguard to keep all data in Frontier secure, including but not limited to encryption-at-rest, encrypted backups, SSL, 2FA, and RBAC.

    • Is Frontier HIPAA Compliant?

      Yes. Although HIPAA compliance is a complex topic, Frontier follows all applicable guidelines set forth by HHS, defined at https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-professionals/security/laws-regulations/index.html

    • Does Frontier integrate with insurance providers?

      No. Part of our mission with Frontier was to deliver a simplified EMR that focuses on patient care as opposed to billing codes.

    • Does Frontier have ePrescribing?

      Currently, we are in the process of implementing ePrescribing. For now, prescriptions can be printed or emailed directly to a pharmacy.
